Yes. Stocky migration is the single entry point. Through August 31, 2026, its API-copy route retains suppliers, every PO/adjustment line, purchase tax types and API payloads, then reconstructs product-supplier candidates from PO history. From September 1, its standalone Stocky CSV import route accepts Low Stock, stocktake, PO, adjustment, inventory, available-transfer, cost and other Stocky CSVs without requiring an API copy. Order limits (MOQ) and Statistics are supported as pasted screen tables, and screen-only information can be retained as evidence. Stocky Data organizes purchase orders, suppliers, stocktakes, adjustments, replenishment settings, and saved reports/source files by data type, with browse, search and CSV/PDF export. Replenishment settings are current operational values and may include changes made after import.

Free has no time limit, and you are never charged while you stay on it. It covers product, inventory and order sync from Shopify (read-only), the Stocky migration (API copy, CSV imports and the Order limits paste), purchase orders exported as PDF or CSV, receiving including part-shipments, stock adjustments with reason codes, and the dashboard. The limits are 100 products and 1 location, with 7 days of sales history (30 days on Pro and above). Reorder points, drafted order quantities, stocktakes, email low-stock alerts and emailing a purchase order to the supplier start on Starter; LINE and Slack alerts, inventory analytics, landed cost and reports start on Pro; transfers between locations require Business.

Yes. The interface is in English when your Shopify admin is set to English, and support is available in English. Anything we generate for a store outside Japan — reorder alerts by email, Slack or LINE, the purchase orders you email to suppliers, and migration messages — comes in English too. The Stocky migration and the CSV import work on any Shopify store regardless of its language or country. Purchase orders follow your store as well: totals are in your store’s currency, with editable purchase-tax presets for 53 countries. The US, Canada, Brazil, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia start with no tax line because one national rate would be misleading.

Export low_stock_csv.csv; one download_csv.csv per stocktake; the Purchase Orders parent list plus each individual PO’s normal CSV; adjustment CSVs; Stock on hand, available Transfers, Average cost and other reports. Copy each Vendor → Order limits table and Statistics tables. Suppliers have no dedicated Stocky CSV export, so retain them through the API before August 31. Shopify says Stocky will remain read-only for export for at least 90 days, but its history is not moved into Shopify.

Open Stocky migration. Before August 31, its API-copy route accepts a Stocky API key and retains suppliers, full PO/adjustment records, purchase tax types and API payloads; sales-purpose tax rows are excluded. From September 1, open the standalone Stocky CSV import route in the same entry for Low Stock, stocktakes, PO parent/individual files, adjustments, inventory, available-transfer, cost and other reports. This route does not require an API copy or API key. Paste Order limits (MOQ) and Statistics screen tables in their supported importers, and attach evidence or a manual note for screen-only information. Stocky Data organizes the result by data type and supports browse, search and CSV/PDF export. Migration runs on the free plan; current-product tax assignments are not changed automatically.

If Stocky returns a note column through the API or a CSV, UreyukiBox retains it in the API payload or source file. Stocky does not provide a verified dedicated API or CSV route that returns every note for every store. For notes, comments or attachments that exist only on screen, add a sourced manual note in Stocky Data and attach a screenshot or file as evidence when needed.

Shopify’s native inventory tools are free: they create and receive purchase orders, manage suppliers, use Flow for low-stock alerts, and Sidekick can recommend items and draft an order from sales data. UreyukiBox is for merchants who need the policy to be persistent and automatic: reorder points calculated from lead time and safety stock, supplier-specific MOQs and lead times that feed the quantity, scheduled email/Slack/LINE alerts, and purchase orders emailed directly to suppliers.

Four tiers including a free one: Free (free), Starter (¥2,980/mo), Pro (¥5,980/mo), Business (¥12,800/mo). Billing goes through Shopify: stores billed in Japanese yen pay the yen price, and stores billed in any other currency pay the US-dollar price shown in the app (Starter $19, Pro $39, Business $83). The standard paid-plan trial is 14 days total per store; changing plans or resubscribing uses only the days left. Stores installed by August 31, 2026 can claim the 90-day launch offer on a paid plan by emailing their myshopify.com domain (partner-referral installs are excluded).

Syncing is read-only — the app never rewrites your stock on its own. Quantities change only when you carry out one of four actions yourself: receiving a purchase order, making a stock adjustment, applying a stocktake, or moving stock between locations. If you already receive stock elsewhere, you can turn the receiving write-back off so quantities are not counted twice.

No. Forecasting and reorder points currently read your Shopify sales only. If you also sell on other marketplaces, the suggested quantities will understate total demand for those products — override their reorder points manually to allow for the other channels. External-channel sales import is not supported, and no delivery date is promised.

No. UreyukiBox currently runs inside the Shopify admin, with no POS screen, and no delivery date is promised. The floor workflows a POS surface would expose — stocktakes, receiving, stock adjustments and barcode scanning — already exist in the admin app today.
